Where are the Greensboro Symphony Administration and Box Offices located?
The Greensboro Symphony Orchestra Administration and Box Offices are located at 200 N. Davie Street, Suite 301, in downtown Greensboro.

How long is each concert?
Each concert program varies in length. Masterworks, POPS and Holiday concerts run approximately 2 hours which includes an intermission.

What age do children have to be to attend?
Children over the age of 6 years old are welcome to attend all Greensboro Symphony Orchestra performances and events. Student discounts are available for children and students with valid student ID.

Is parking available at each concert?
Ample parking, including handicapped accessibility, is convenient at the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts.

What is the dress code?
As a general guideline, dress at symphonic performances ranges from casual to dressy.

Where is the best place to sit during the concert?
Your personal preference will dictate where you think is the best place to sit. Orchestra level, Grand Tier, and Loge seating allow for excellent listening and viewing.

How do I become a subscriber?

What is the difference between ticket prices?
The difference in price is based upon the seating section in each venue and whether the price is for a student or adult. Student prices are available for children and students with valid ID.

How can we purchase tickets and where do we pick them up?
Tickets can be purchased at the Greensboro Symphony Box Office, online through Ticketmaster, by phone, or in person. The Box Office number is (336) 335.5456, ext. 224. A representative will place your order and either mail your tickets, hold them at Will Call for pick up on the night of the concert, or you may have your tickets sent electronically through your mobile device. Box Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm. The office is located in the Greensboro Cultural Building at 200 N. Davie Street, Suite 301 in downtown Greensboro. Tickets can also be purchased through our website (via Ticketmaster.com), by calling (336) 335-5456 x 224, or by visiting the Tanger Center Box Office at 300 N. Elm St. in Greensboro.

I chose to have my tickets mailed. When will I receive them?
If you chose to have your tickets mailed, your tickets will be mailed approximately 30 days before the season-opening concert.

Are refunds available?
There are no refunds on subscription or single-ticket purchases.

In the event a performance is postponed patrons will be promptly alerted.
