Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks (made payable to the Greensboro Symphony Orchestra) and cash. All sales are final.
Refunds/Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on single ticket purchases or returned tickets. Masterworks subscribers have the benefit of exchanging their season tickets. There is no exchange fee for subscribers. Please note: If time allows, you may be asked to mail your tickets to the box office.
In the event a performance is postponed, all tickets issued, including those booked as part of the 2020–21 season, will be valid for admission to the rescheduled engagement. Patrons will be promptly alerted to any schedule changes should they occur.
Ticket exchanges must be requested by 1:00 p.m. on the day of concert.

You will be seated as close as possible to your original seats. You must bring your tickets to Will Call to receive your new tickets.
E-mail is the quickest and best way to exchange.
Donations/Returns
If you are unable to attend a performance at the last minute, your unused ticket can be donated to the Greensboro Symphony Orchestra as a tax-deductible contribution. Simply call the Box Office to turn in your tickets. Your tax receipt will be mailed from the Greensboro Symphony Box Office in December.

All lost tickets replaced free of charge.

Group Sales Discounts
Groups of 10 or more people for one concert date can save up to 20% on select tickets for performances. To take advantage of this special advance discount or to receive further information, please call (336) 335.5456, Ext. 224.
Children At The Concert
Children over the age of 6 are welcome to attend Greensboro Symphony performances. Student discounts are available for all concerts. College students need to provide a current, school-issued photo ID to receive a discount.
Handicapped Accommodations
All performance venues are handicapped accessible.
Audio/Visual
The Greensboro Symphony Orchestra strictly prohibits the use of cameras, videos and recorders during all performances. Please turn off all cell phones.
Late Seating Policy
Concerts begin promptly at the scheduled time. In consideration of the performers and patrons, latecomers will be seated at a natural break in the music. If you must leave the hall during the performance, please do so quietly. Re-entry while the concert is in progress will be at the discretion of an usher.
Smoking Policy
All performance halls used by the Greensboro Symphony are smoke-free environments. Thank you for your cooperation.
Emergencies
Emergencies during concerts should be reported to the Symphony Staff or Ushers who are trained to assist concert-goers.
Lost and Found
Lost articles may be claimed at the venue.
