This performance is expected to last approximately two hours and ten minutes with one twenty-minute intermission.

Refreshments and restrooms are located in the orchestra, mezzanine, and balcony-level lobbies.

The program will begin with Beethoven’s “Leonore Overture No. 3,” a powerful and evocative piece, known for its dramatic storytelling and emotional depth. Bruch’s Violin Concerto No. 1 in G minor, a beloved work in the violin repertoire, features violinist Hina Khuong-Huu who will undoubtedly bring out its passionate and lyrical qualities. The evening will conclude with Dvorak’s Symphony No. 8! It will be a captivating mix of classical music!

VIP Parking, purchasable with a series subscription, is available in the large surface lot directly behind the Tanger Center with access from Lindsay Street. The Bellemeade Street parking deck, accessed from Elm Street or Greene Street, is the nearest city deck; Church Street and Davie Street decks are other nearby options. Street parking is also available, free after 6pm.

Hina KHuong-Huu, violin

First-Prize winner of the 2023 Elmar Oliveira International Violin Competition, violinist Hina Khuong-Huu has performed around the globe appearing as soloist and collaborator with many of today’s leading ensembles and musicians.

Hina has appeared as a soloist with the Oxford Philharmonic Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra of Geneva, Flanders Symphony Orchestra, Mittel Europa Orchestra, and the Musica Mundi Orchestra. She has collaborated with artists such as Grammy award-winner Jennifer Koh in her “Alone Together” series and shared the stage with Maxim Vengerov at Carnegie Hall and Buckingham Palace. She has performed on the NPR ‘s “From the Top” and was recently a recipient of the Salon De Virtuosi Career Grant.
